Hello, no there are no ATMs at the Branch, but there are two ATMs on the hospital site. One across the street & one in the hospital. However as John stated, you can go to mostly any other credit union ATM and even the ATMs in CVS, Costco etc. here is the link where you can put in your location & find ones by you: http://www.atmallianceone.org/allianceone/
No... but check with them because I believe you may be able to use certain bank ATM's with no fees.
