Thank you for your interest in Hands On Physical Therapy. We treat a wide variety of injuries and pain, including shoulders. We also offer a comprehensive diagnostic services that includes muscle ultrasound and nerve conduction studies. Unfortunately, we are not contracted with Affinity. However, we offer a very flexible, patient oriented payment plans.
