Since this is in Times Square parking can be pricey and vary. You can try using ParkWhiz which can give you all available locations and pricing in a particular area you are looking at.
I parked in a lot nearby. I spent about 3 hours and paid $60 smh.
Many have already answered but the bottom line is don't drive into midtown Manhattan. Even Uber or taxi is not recommended. Take LIRR Metro-North or njt to the subway. Save yourself some stress and some money.
I would use public transportation or uber to get to or from the event and park somewhere farther out that's much easier to use driving wise.

Get the Best Parking app on your phone; it updates in real time. I cosign with those who commented on Times Square pricing (greedy and gross, just because you can doesn't mean you have to). And if you find a Quik Park garage or lot, those always have discounts and promo codes on the brand's website.
