I don't think so. He is russian.very nice doctor.
He has a rudimentary level of understanding Spanish, If i remember correctly he does have nurses/assistant/staff that speak Spanish, i would definitely recommend that you or anyone else reading this to make sure that when you call their office to ask them if anyone who speaks Spanish will be there working the day of your appointment.
