Which is the most favorite time?

Hello, I am from Costa Rica...San Jose Goicoechea. My question is if I can find my sister with her name and surnames...she got married and lives in Alhambra, California...she is Martha Quintrell...her children are 3 They call Jalaine...Carmen...Fred...I'm about to travel but once there it will be difficult to search.

It gets full in the afternoon. If you like it full, then the late afternoon (3-9 pm). Otherwise, any other time.

Around noon

We often visit around noon at weekend and a few kids always play here.

I would guess maybe between 8 am and 5 pm.
