As Stacy said, for tattoos in general you will need to meet the artists and discuss your idea. Size, color, and detail can completely change the price from. I've paid for three tattoos here, all black only, large, and fairly detailed, averaging about $400-$600 each.
They have to see what you want and what size you are wanting. We had to go in and show them and then we talked size, detail and price.
