Any reason Lowes of Wildwood appliance department doesn't want to answer their phone??? Very poor service, like I have never seen from Lowes in other area I have lived. I shop at Home Depot now. So far, a good experience. Bought new appliances.

Buyer Beware good for you. Glad you can afford to buy anything new! I never had issue with Lowes in Wildwood. Most stores have shortages in lack of employees.

I have found both Home Depot and Lowe's have very poor customer service in both Wildwood and Leesburg areas. Unfortunately, employees are not very product knowledgeable, lack basic communication skills and just seem not to care.
