I would just go n an see or talk to someone it's really hard to reach anyone..
You're always going to have a problem getting a hold of them, and when you do get a hold of them, they will take advantage of your sickness and overcharge you. Not at first though, because they're Sly at first. they'll be nice to you for the first month, and then they're going to start telling you that you owe for last week. when you've already paid for last week, you will not get your next week's medicine unless you pay for that week of that claim that you missed which you have the receipt for that you already paid. So just so you not sick, you go ahead and give in and you give them $150. And they'll keep on doing it to you. I do not recommend this place, they took advantage of me, I told them every single week that they distraught me so much that they made me want to quit and start using again
