No one ever buy a mattress and base from mattress firm, we got it at the fair and have been calling for 7 months to get it fixed and we bought a 10 yr warranty and it's still not fixed!!!! We still owe thousands of $ for something that doesn't work

are they affiliated with stores locally here?? have you bought it to attention of that fair to get information on their booth rentals..ill look up online headquarters and be telling my story.. good luck.
