If your that hard of a vegetarian might not be the place for you. But if you do go there get a dutch baby its a giant pancake that is baked in its own pan guaranteed not to touch any meat while being cooked

To far away to see the kitchen. Apple pancake and dutch pancakes are always baked in a pan.

They cook everything with peanut oil, and they can special cook your meal in a different pan, but there is no guarantee meat or peanut won't splash on it

Most restaurants use grills that are large and wide(like the size of a table). They use thin metal sheets that stand up on the grill to separate things like that. Not a completely separate area but an attempt is made to keep them separate.
