Well Beverly, it's like that sometimes as I experienced the same thing what could fix it only God knows
You have to call them and check on application... they deal with hundreds of application s in-house and online...
Well Beverly, I'm glad you asked that question! Now days, most on-line applications are read by computer software. Meaning that when they are trying to fill a position, there are "keywords" that the software is looking for in every application. If your application does not contain the keywords in the order that they query for, your application will not come up as a qualified candidate for an interview. It also depends on how you submitted your application (uploaded a resume, or pasted it into a box, or filled out an online application. The best thing to do is get you a book called "e-resume". I know this from experience. I worked in human resources in Federal and private industry. Was unemployed for over a year and could not get a job because the application process had changed, and I was submitting my application in the wrong formats. The Saturday I bought the book, the Monday I changed how I submitted my application and Resumes, my life and career change, from unemployed to employed
I am not sure what you meant. I do not. Work at Walmart. Only shop there. I really like the store and the prices, so I wrote about it. I hope 5hat people will see what I wrote and maybe decide to try it
