When I went to customer service they didn't really have an answer as to why they don't answer the phone. Instead they told me to connect to the pharmacy. How can the pharmacy help me with a customer service issue?
This is a mystery to me also. However, I've discovered that if you go to the "contact us" section and state your claim or ask questions, they usually respond very quickly. Good luck with this!
It all depends on when you call doing the morning hours when they first open between the hours of six and eight you know there going to be busy but doing the afternoon hours there should be more people available for calls
The only thing i can think of is that. There is not enough staff. Just keep calling until you get through
Either they are extremely busy or understaffed. Not making any excuses for them, just know how retail is. Walmart sucks to me anyway...(my personal opinion)
