Are there wet spots? Are sneakers acceptable or should we wear water shoes with good soles? Should we bring extra change of clothes? Do we need knee pads? First time touring a cave and tried to find info online, but want to be sure. TIA.

We did the Ladder Tour, and even with the climbing and little bit of crawling, we didn't feel like we need knee pads. We wore our hiking shoes, but sneakers would be appropriate too. It's a dry cave and not still actively growing. Have fun! It's awesome!

Just comfortable shoes, lots of steps and walking but nothing wet or extreme.

No is a dry dead cave no need for knee pads or extra change of clothes. You do want to wear something comfortable.
