It's always a good idea to get your name on list at the door. And be a little early if you walk around. They do not take reservations or names for the list over the phone if they answer the phone at all.

Not that I'm aware of. I've been there quite a few times and we had to wait a short time for seating but it goes pretty quickly. The downstairs is a good to visit while you're waiting. It also depends on what time of the year you visit. The summer months are slower than the cooler times. Whenever you end up going you're sure to get a good meal. Enjoy yourself!
