Yes, fishing is allowed, anything else is someone's opinion. I've seen many people fishing there. There is trash along the shore but hungry people know that it does not poison the water. Enjoy your fishing
Yes it is. But the fishing is horrid as there are zero signs of life and the water is dirty and full of trash.
