I don't want to be rude up there but it's nothing free as far as I'm concerned not even parks specially bike week it's crazy around Daytona
There are multiple entrances. If you go to Bulow State Park entrance off Old Kings Road yes there is a money envelope it is four or five dollars. If you go to Fairchild Oaks or the birding Trail there is no fee.
Yes, they just started a money envelope drop. It is a trusted thing. Not sure of the cost.
I believe I paid $5 to enter the park. I didn't do any camping I just wanted to walk around and look at the Old Sugar Mill in the woods. Just be warned if it was after a major rain storm be prepared to be eaten alive by mosquitoes so make sure you bring some off with you.
