It often happens to me as well. Plus i hate it when they don't offer a drink carrier for multiple drinks going through the drive thru. Plus why can't they Mark what the drinks are with the lids?

Just as much as it's happened to me i want to get so angry because its your time and gas... But it happens to all of us.. remember this Google maps is only for users and otherd to answer upon past experiences or knowledge..
Need to call the BK management and let the know what they did wrong. Decide either to go back and see how they fix the problem or see if they can fix it later.
Even if the person working the register repeats your order back, they arent the ones actually preparing your oder in the back. Best bet is to check your order when you get it while still at the restaurant so you can get your correct order
