Like Pat said, on balcony with balcony door closed. That "door closed" part is pretty important. The building design creates quite the vacuum when the balcony doors (especially on oceanfront units) are open. Have a GREAT visit!! We've been there for 30+ years and never go anywhere else in Volusia. Perfect for families.
