No primitive camping but they do have a hotel style rooms and a cabin
Yes you can’tent there just call the ecafina store. Not a lot to do down there unless you have a boat. All the back roads are dirt roads.
Have never seen any tents there, so I would say no. The rooms are ok, and they also rent out a cabin.
