Im gonna go out on a limb and say 3:30, but im not positive, it is best to get there early, and they are closed on either Monday or Friday, sorry i can't remember ehich one it is! I got it, during pass sales Monday through Friday 8-430, during non pass sales days which are towards end of the month through like the first week of the following month the hours are listed as 830-430 Monday through Friday, but i know for a fact they are closed either on Monday or Friday. Their # is 410-767-3522, that may give you their schedule! Hopefully that helps a little! I meant to say during monthly pass sales days which are towards end of current month through like the first week of the next Month they are listed as being open 8-430pm. Non monthly sales pass days its 830-430 and again they are either closed on Monday or Friday, the site doesn't seem to list the day, ill try and find out for you though if i do i ammend my answer!
