true....same thing just happened to me! I am the designated grocery shopper for my family, my brothers family and my elderly mother. The cashier WOULDN'T let me purchase more than 2 MILKS and 2 breads, and I had 3 transactions that each totaled about 80.00. I had 1 bread, 1 soy milk and 1 buns in my order. None in my brothers and my elderly mom had 1 bread, 2 whole milk. The cashier made my buns and my mom's extra milk. The cashier told me I had to check 1 order only then go outside and put them in my car then come back in and repeat that same thing 2 more times if I wanted to get the 2nd milk and the buns. I appreciate that HEB is putting limits on items BUT I'm a dedicated customer and I HAD 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS BEING PAID WITH 3 DIFFERENT BANK CARDS!!!!!
Well said Mary. We are all going through.
