Yes I'm quite disturbed that a saw a horse get shot two weeks. They had a tarp up but not the whole way. Also why did they not euthanize with a needle. That was animal abuse in my book.

Horses never get shot on the racetrack. It was given a muscle relaxant then euthanized with a barbiturate. Shooting a horse is an acceptable form of euthanasia according to humane and veterinary society but it is not practiced at racetracks. I've never commented on anything like this before but felt I had to because this has to be a blatant lie. Please provide me with some evidence so I can take back this rebuttal
