My two dogs, an Aussie & Border Terrier, & I have just moved here from out of state. Is this an enclosed, sanctioned off leash dog park?
Several parks come up on line as "dog parks" here in JAX, only to find out dogs must remain leashed.

Yes this is a fenced in area where the dogs once inside are free to run and play safely away from traffic and the public
