Visit Catering online or in store several days before to view their seasonal menu. Non catering seasonal food items show up in the cafe around the same time the menu comes out.
I have been in the area for a while and never have I seen them do it early. They do offer catering and I would guess that you could go the Thanksgiving route that way.
