Proof of all monthly income, photo ID, and a bill/mail with your proof of residence/address. I believe that's all. I asked them before and I think that is all I needed to take in with me.
They are open from 9 to 12 and 1 to 4, except Saturday and Sunday. Many programs coming up for the holidays. If you qualify for LIHEAP, they will have someone on hand Wednesdays as soon as that program starts in November.
