Most of the services are free of charge and do not require a library card. There are some that do require library card access and will explicitly say so. Printing (15¢ BW/40¢ color) and items returned (with library card use) are some of the few charges . If you plan to get a library card to check out materials, do check with the Library staff about whether or not you're eligible for a free library card. Residents in Certain towns of Monmouth county have to get paid cards (a yearly fee)
Not if you're staying in the library. You may get a borrower's card for free if you live in a town that participates in the county library system. If not, there is a nominal membership fee.
