Depends what you mean by the Train Station. New Jersey Transit train stops at the Newark Airport stop. There's also an "Air Train" going around between the terminals, parking lot and to the New Jersey Transit train. Either way you'll have to park somewhere and get on the train. Unless you park in a parking lot close by and take the shuttle.
