Unfortunately no, there is almost always a wait for seats and they will bump you if you take too long.
Nope , that wont work here. This place is super busy and people constantly re waiting to be seated so i wouldn't recommend that here.
Doubt it. They are usually pretty busy and I do not think they are allowed to let it slide. There's a library nearby or try going to the food court by Paris baguette
