My question is my package has been sitting at the Newark, NJ saying "Package available for clearance" since the 16th of Oct. It's supposed to be in California today, the 19th of Oct? What's going on?

The thing is that maybe the package didn't make it out in time or the package was just somewhere lingering around in one of the slides and got stuck this happens often but FedEx will create a new label and send it to the customer FIRST OVERNIGHT if something like this occurs that's the only thing I can think of
