Our room had the tub. We didn't request one & did not use it.
You only have to request the heart shaped hot tub. Hope that helps!
No not all rooms have them you just reserve a room with one.

Call and make a reservation and ask for a hot tub room.
Almost so the rooms come with a hot tub inside of their rooms. You can always request when you book the room.
