We went there got our food and da manager was so rude he was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves..never will we go there again..da food was good but service was so bad

Never had a rude mgr. But does not matter what location:Atl Blvd, Beach Blvd, Airport location, you order & grow old waiting for your food to come out. Food is good: breakfast, pot roast, cheeseburger. Heaven forbid if you have to ask for something extra: mayo, ranch, gravy, you will wait for that as long as you waited for your dinner. So plan to spend 2 to 2 1/2 hrs @ any location. Is ridiculous

We had an excellent experience during our visit. The food was great and good hospitality.

I will call home office because bad customer service is something you don't have to put up with maybe they can give you a gift card or gift certificate or something but definitely called them you can Google Play 1-800 number happy problem solving
