24/7hours a day every 7 to 10 minute one way
The trains run very frequently - I would say less than 10mins between each departure, certain times of day it is faster since more trains are being run - they usually have 1 going toward terminals with 1 going away at same time but at certain slower periods like after midnight thru 4am they can drop to just 1 train running there & back, the sky train runs 24hrs a day - even during the monsoons with power outages, it keeps on running!
The train operates 24/7 365 days a year. During the day, trains depart every 2-3 minutes. At night, trains depart every 3-5 minutes.
