When you sell a brand new car with 3000 miles and don't report that before that the car was in an accident to the buyer is it not called FRAUD! This is how you are suppose to treat customers? You want to call me a loyal customer?

Take it back. Always get an autocheck when u buy any car. Never go by a carfax. I had a similar situation. I sued the dealership. And Won

We bought a 2014 Terrain Denali. We were treated well then, and now. I would Like to think that you may have misunderstood you were getting a demo.

Im surprised you didnt complain about the mileage. You were passed the write down on the vehicle to compensate for the use. The state of Illinois has a threshhold for the amount of damage that has to occur before it is disclosed. I had a demo that was hit and there was 2000 of damage. No legal requirement to disclose. The vehicle was fixed.
