We found none of that to be true there. My wife and kids are African American and they have no problem shopping there.
Most of them are unfriendly, non engaging.. However, there are some really nice people that I've talked to..
Considering that the staff is multi- ethnic, I highly doubt that it's a racist thing. Seems more like an attitude issue. Negativity begets more of same.
