We've attended a few events and I've worn a polo shirt with jeans which was fine though a few really dress up.
Not explicitly, however socially- business casual seems the normal. You are free to go in whatever makes you comfortable.
Not really, but it's the theater. Probably wouldn't wear shorts, a tank top, and flips... but a pair of jeans and a clean shirt go a long way.
No dress code of which I am aware. Our group along with other patrons a holiday theater performance last year were wearing dressy casual attire; I felt our level of dress was appropriate. Only a few were better dressed in holiday semi-formal. We will see a Childsplay performance there, soon, and will again go in dressy casual.
