You can go in & apply in person... Which they are rude & don't like ...they encourage everyone to do the online thing and the horrible process to get help... You have to explain your situation if you need help for whatever reason... They some how like to hear the struggles & the hardship before the deem the help you if they want...like its coming out their pay ...lol... Good luck persistence defiantly encouraged & know your rights to the assistant that is labeled to be for everyone... Hope DES & STATE DEPT. reads this too!💯

Yes you can go into the office and get an application fill it out and then take it to the office and you will receive a letter in the mail within a week for a interview
