Call the Tennant Advocates number at their Tempe office. Ask for their thoughts on this. They may not check Google. I used them to break a lease. They did a great job and got me every penny of security and 2nd month rent

Honestly I didnt have such a great experience with them. It was kind of like, give me your money ill tell you what you can do but we arent lawyers, and if you end uo needing one we"ll refer you to ours and youll have to pay him too. Your better off just getting a lawyer. You might even want to call the non emergency police number if you still can't find an answer by the time they show up to evict you. Good luck.

Even so landlords can evict you as long as there is a 5 day notice but he does have to take you to court
