Swat team came to apt. Next to mine. Drug dealers and many ‘visitors’ come and go all day and night long. I need to break lease to move to a place I feel safe. What are my rights?

I'd check out other advocate groups as well, not just this one.

Check the landlord tenant laws. Its not illegal for someone ti have visitors. You can have your lease looked over to see if you can break your lease. Have proof of illegal activities

You most certainly can break a lease due to drug activity at your property. Call the AZ Tennant Advocate and ask them. It was a part of my reason to break my lease. They're good at what they do, trust me.
