Yes and no. I went in just over 3wks ago for trip ticket. I happened to have points of interest drafted on paper. They took my draft and came out less than 30 min later with my trip tik. I had no face2face interaction w the person who created the tik. Unfortunately, we only used til day 1 of travels and had 2 resort 2 gps remainder of trip as there were a couple points of interest I would have passed on. I did receive an ezee pass. Which I'm grateful for. There were people inside mtg w staff but guessing they had an apt. Youcan walk in and obtain tour books w/o an apt
I was there to take passport picture. I did walk in. Call them before you go.
