The WaWa south on 31 from Costco has free air
Costco gas stations don't have air for tires, but the tire center (which opens later, and closes earlier than the gas station) will fill your tires. You may have to wait for a tire center associate to help you though.
No self service.
They do not have self-service air but they were kind enough to fill my wife's tires at the tire center.
