I just moved from out of state. My out of state DL was new and it was lost during the move. I have my plates for Tx. What do i need to get a new TX DL as far as paper work is concerned?.

State Stamped Birth Certificate and 2 proofs of residency, sometimes you can luck out and get past them with the hospital birth certificate but don't bet on it
