Yes it is common. They could compete with Mcdonalds but to answer your question the reason why they don't open on time is because management shift on that day in the morning never reports to the GM that they're not opening on time and obviously the GM does not care or she would be doing something about this the other thing is I don't know if you've been there lately but for at least 3 weeks in the men's room the mirror is broken there is no tala fixture on the wall and most important of all the restroom where you have to use the commode isn't open I mean who can continue to operate like this and they won't fix their problem I don't think it's not a question if they don't want to fix it but the problem is they're not willing or the franchise he's not willing to spend the money I told them about months ago all you got to do is get a plumber to come in there and run a snake in under the the bathroom John and you'll fix it because he obviously they have a root problem
