J Bad, if you actually watch the video and understand alignment theory, you will see that the video is spreading false information. Many of the comments on the video from people who know alignments can back that up. An alignment being out spec by any degree, minor or major, is out of spec. We take pride in our work and we also stand by it. Are we going we perfect? No, no business is, but we do not rip people off and would never tolerate any store or employee that attempted to do so.
I was just there today and they actually told me I needed an alignment they couldn't do because of the car I have. They referred me to my dealer. They actually saved me because I had work done at the dealer and THEY (the dealer) lied to me about doing my alignment as from what Dunn found on my car. I will say NEVER take your car to Dunn on Union road in West Seneca. They are idiots. I have personally spoken to the district manager about a situation I had at that store and he recommended his Lancaster location or Williamsville being the best.
