If you're over a certain weight or under a certain weight you can't. Because under a certain weight it's for your safety over a certain weight it's about the plasma itself. But if you're concerned about your weight specifically you can call. It is what I'd personally consider (almost/definitely) extreme numbers to be denied based off of weight.
They don't hold weight against anyone. Make sure you bring a current bill in your name and license.
