Well how do you get hired then because I know somebody that has put like four or five applications and and they don't even get a reply

They have thousands of applications it takes time to go through all of them they'll get you

You might be doing something wrong because Amazon has plenty of job opportunities and Amazon definitely advises all applicants about the status of their job applications. Try again and check that you submit everything needed.
