Do u pay for them to recycle it ?

First off I cant speak for them and say you wont be charged. However, every time they have come to our place of business it has been free of charge. Only a thank you and a handshake.

We do not pay. Most material actually cost more money to dispose of properly, then what we make recycling them. There are very few items we actually are able to recover money on. There is no Crv type program like there is for cans and bottles.
