Are there any walkways from the parking lot that are not sloped I use a cane and need a flat surface to walk on. I want to get to the benches or picnic tables near the water.

Yes there are quite a few parking areas much are easy access for someone of your needs. The boat access is probably the easiest with a nice paved path that is flat and level with benches along the neshaminy creek. A very pleasant walk about a quarter to a half mile each way.
