Everytime that I have gone to this place... the guys were very rude and I was being rushed as if I was slowing them up. I had to decide what I wanted because I had not been in a while. Can you inservice your crew on customer service

It has nothing to do with WHO you're dealing with nor them coming to work with an attitude...simply they would like for you to considered their time as well as the time of other customers. So I do understand how it can appear the gentlemen at the counter are working in haste at times...and may seem like they're rushing you. But I seem them take extremely slow approach to elderly and as well as people that have no idea...and at other times be short with people whose on their phones or holding up ordering and line by talking to others. I experienced the second scenario firsthand with a friend because she was Facebook live...and he politely moved to the next person in line, me.

I don't work there, but it's always good to have your list done because the lines are usually long. They've always been cordial to me.
