Go at your pace, you set your own speed and have ample time to read and study each picture. It has been put together very nicely and I highly recommend the tour.
Really as long as you want. It is a personal set of headphones connected to a device you control. So you can listen to some extra segments if you want, skip some, etc. You could be there for an hour or six, up to you. Lots of extra short videos to watch if you want, extra displays to read if you want but not required.
