You can get "burnt ends" but not Burnt ends.. They accomadate you by cutting the tender juicy delicious charred fat pieces off for you but where I'm from true burnt ends are cut off then sauced up them glazed on the grill. So they will give you whatever cut you want but they arent saucey burnt ends

Last time I went it wasn't on the menu and I didn't have the presence of mind to ask. They may have it off the menu, but no guarantee.
